Let's see........the MN canvassing board is made up 5 people.....the MN Sectary of state and 4 judges. Of the 4 judges, two are GOPers appointed by Pawlenty to their judicial positions. One judge, Kathy Gearin, claims to be non partisan....but let's call her a Dem. The 4th judge, Ed Cleary, is from Ventura's Independence party. The Sec of State is a Dem.....that would make 2 sort of Dems, 2 GOPers and one Independence party on the canvassing board.

The 4th judge, Clearly, was APPOINTED by Ventura. And Gearin CLAIMS to be "nonpartisan", but given the liberal leanings of MN, it is highly likely she would lean more toward Franken. Bottom line, we have every reason to believe it is at least 3:2 Dems.

But this is all kind of beside the point. We now know the recount was rigged and the specifics have started to make their way out of hiding.
