HUH? I quoted someone that they said they would not be selling any stock to run OR EXPAND operations! RE:No shares will be sold to fund operations or expansion. Pretty clear to me they INTEND to sell stock this year! regards Shorty

twoggle, is there a part of the paragraph from the SEC filings below that do you not understand that LBWR says that it will issue common stock to fund operations? "We intend to raise additional capital through an offering of our Common Stock or other securities to provide additional working capital to fund the expansion of operations throughpan acquisitions and the addition of new clients through marketing efforts and joint ventures with other service organizations." regards SantaShorts
