What rationalization do you have for 25 precincts having more votes than the number of voters who signed in?

The sign-in process is, of course, a fundamental internal control procedure to insure that every vote is counted exactly once. IN this instance, time and again, we have votes being counted multiple times as a result of incompetent handling of ballots and mangling of the sign-in process.

Once you have started allowing a variance between sign-ins and vote totals, the integrity of the entire process is LOST.

So please explain this away as you have the rest of the irregularities in MN.
