Bankruptcy in this country is a fraud. It is nothing but a business for these Judges. Manhattan Judges want all these big cases, so they are very lenient to all corporations that file there. You scratch my back and I will scratch yours. The shareholders are abused by the management, Lawyers,Financial advisers and finally the Court System. Everyone one of these people have their mouths in these teats and suck them dry.
