(TSX-V: GXL - News; "Geoinformatics", "GXL" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the 2008 field season results from its Falcon Prospect ("Falcon") which is part of the Redton Project ("Redton") in British Columbia. 2008 Highlights - Intersected molybdenite bearing mineralization (MoS(2)) in all eight holes, confirming a mineralized envelope of at least 440 metres by 475 metres which extends from surface to depths of at least 418 metres and is open in all directions; - 406 metres grading 0.060% MoS(2) including higher grade intervals of 170 metres grading 0.083% MoS(2) and 18.8 metres grading 0.104% MoS(2) (Hole DDFN-08-01) - 418 metres grading 0.055% MoS(2) including high grade intervals of 47 metres grading 0.077% MoS(2) and 63 metres grading 0.110% MoS(2) (Hole DDFN-08-04) - 402 metres grading 0.064% MoS(2) including high grade intervals of 138 metres grading 0.079% MoS(2) and 118 metres grading 0.095% MoS(2) (Hole DDFN-08-08). 2008 Exploration Program and Drill Results Geoinformatics drilled a total of 8 diamond drill holes totalling 2,966 metres with all eight holes intersecting visible molybdenite (MoS(2)) mineralization. Table 1 in Appendix 1 of this press-release shows the full list of intercepts. To view Figure 1, drill hole plan showing drill intercepts and interpreted extents of mineralization (mineralization remains open in all directions) visit: geoinformex.com "We are very pleased with the results from this past field season as we have clearly defined a large mineralized system within the boundaries of our Redton Project" said Mr. Darren Holden, Chief Operating Officer of Geoinformatics. "The Falcon Prospect is an important component of our larger and strategically located Redton Project and will form a platform for future exploration and discovery." About the Redton Project/Falcon Prospect The Redton project is located in the northern Quesnel Trough approximately 70 km. west of the Mt. Milligan copper-gold project, 98 km northwest of Fort St James, 124 km north of the Endako molyndenum mine and adjacent to Serengeti Resources' Kwanika Project. The Falcon Prospect is located at the southern end of the Redton Project. Geoinformatics first discovered molybdenum at Falcon in 2007 after drilling two holes both of which intersecting widespread mineralization. Mineralization at Falcon is hosted by a coarse grained diorite and quartz monzonite porphyry. The Falcon Prospect is located in relatively flat and low-lying topography and is within 2 km. of a forestry access road. The Redton Project also includes several copper-gold and high-grade gold prospects. Completion of the 2008 work-program secures Geoinformatics' initial 85% earn-in interest in the project under a joint venture agreement between Geoinformatics and Redton Resources Inc. Intercepts reported using an 0.01% molybdenum (Mo) cut-off, a 4metre minimum width and 20 metre maximum internal dilution except where indicated with ((x)) where interval calculated at a cut-off of 0.04% molybdenum (Mo). Molybdenite (MoS2) is not an assayed field but is calculated by multiplying Mo by a factor of 1.6681. All drill hole samples based on 2 to 3 metre composites of half-sawn NQ2 drill core. Holes with prefix DDFN_08 were drilled during the 2008 field season and assayed at ALS Chemex Laboratories in North Vancouver using 4-Acid ICPOES. Field standards were inserted at a ratio of 1:20 and Blank Duplicates at a ratio of 1:15 to monitor laboratory perfomance. Holes with prefix FN_07 were drilled during 2007 and reported in Geoinformatics press-release dated 23rd January 2008. NS = Interval not entirely sampled for Rhenium Table 2.
