"There is this false idea that you need physical strength to do most stuff around the house but women can do great things with just a little leverage or the right power tool. "

I learned that one person can do ANYTHING using pulleys, levers and hydraulic jacks from a piano mover. I was a teenager, and we lived in a two story house (piano upstairs) on Lake Travis when my mom decided to split from dad and move into Austin town for the social scene. Her piano, that she'd unsuccessfully tried to get all of us kids to learn, went with her. We retained a piano mover.

We expected a crew of beefy guys, but one clever little guy showed up. We offered to help, but, he said it would help most if we stayed out of the way. With ropes, pulleys, hydraulic jacks and literally no sweat or strain at all, he moved the upright piano down the stairs, up some other stairs, around several tight corners and up into his truck.

OMG that's the best line of 2009 <G>.

My wife does a superb job using only sarcasm.

More seriously, some of us were born with appalling hand-eye coordination, and that is NOT a problem that can easily be overcome with ingenuity and grit.
