The Democrats have no choice but to accept Burris. He's the legal and constitutional junior Senator from IL. To refuse to accept him because Harry Reid prefers a white Democrat get the seat is scandalous.

I see Senator Feinstein broke with the racist Democratic Senate leadership and admitted the law demands Burris be seated.

I would add that Caroline Kennedy is every bit as qualified to hold high office and is as accomplished as Barack Hussein Obama so I see no barrier for her appointment either. For those who consider her a joke .... what do you call Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Al Franken .... ? She may be a talentless do-nothing but that makes a natural as a Democratic Congressperson.
