The Democrats have no choice but to accept Burris. He's the legal and constitutional junior Senator from IL. To refuse to accept him because Harry Reid prefers a white Democrat get the seat is scandalous. I see Senator Feinstein broke with the racist Democratic Senate leadership and admitted the law demands Burris be seated. foxnews.com Does the governor have the power, under law, to make the appointment?
