No, earnings came from the continuing operations that MIOA is doing. I checked the company as well. Any income from the legal settlement will be included in the capital raise, not operations!

I don't mind people bear on some companies by providing correct information. I hate people bash a company due to their loss or cover their own shorting positions.

I saw some people were talking how a company stock was undervalued when they just bought some its shares. Next day they were talking how a company stock is overvalued as soon as they got the position out.

Just do your own research and never invest in a company on the basis of anybody's opinions, as it's just too naive to believe somebody is watching out for you.
