I think we've got a year or so, and things could go
hyperZimbabwe too. That is, only the dollar goes to zero,
everything else goes up, in dollars only. The Fed doesn't
really have a limit, nor do they care at this point.
It continues until folks get pissed enough and stop accepting
Fed's dollars, then can the Fed, and then... the
banking/speculator Ponzi finance built around the Fed collapses. -g-

I mean, this is really losing all sense of proportion,
inflation fighters they are. They can, and are monetizing
the whole yield curve.

The hyper scenario is horrible, the nation will become
a third world country within months. Stuff will double in
price every few days to a few hours. Manufacturing and farming
will cease to exist, everyone will become a speculator.
Stuff and stocks will keep doubling in price every day.
Who says it ain't possible? We can print infinite amounts
and not suffer the consequences cause of deflation?
Kondratieff cycle? Geez. Japanese deflation and Brazillian
hyperinflation coexisted in time.

Thinking of shorting stocks, treasuries AND the dollar.
Ouch. I AM a bear, xept gold stuff. So far just short
the treasuries, but maybe today short the stocks. -ggg-
