You've made this claim repeatedly. Yet, for some reason, Norm didn't mention it in his suit. It occurs to me that it never happened, like so many things you claim...

Which makes me dubious out this claim

But also, there are the rejected absentee ballots that there apparently was no reason for them to have been rejected.
