Go 3 months with 0 and you won't be craving one at all.

I quit for three months, one year and three weeks. The last time has been 17 years so far. I found that any cigarettes in the first year caused cravings. After about fifteen months the reignited cravings were very mild. After about two years the reignited cravings ceased. The last cigarette I had was a couple years ago and it gave me a rush and headache like the first cigarettes ever. There probably won't be a next time.

I'm getting a little concerned here.

Kelsey flies out to Geneva tomorrow, leaving Seattle at 6:40 pm

I plan to drive her over for the flight.

At the moment, both Snoqualmie and Stevens Passes are closed due to avalanches, and more snow is predicted. The Weather Channel also says there is a danger of flooding in Chehalis that will affect I-5. That is the alternate route, going through the Columbia Gorge.

I guess worst case scenario, I can get her a flight out to Seattle one-way and she'll have to lug her bags over to the British Airways counter to get them checked in.
