I am not sure... seems more paper shuffeling. I sold most of my ADK and bought AGP warrents and they are doing a hell of a lot better then ADK. Take a look at the company it has been trading since april and since then it has become the biggest ice supplier in western Canada. It took over good companies and left the management in charge. Now that it has taken out western canada it is eying the US.

No one knows about the company and that is why it is trading at 1.55 and the warrents around 55c. The company has 16 million in sales 12 million shares fully diluted with over 70% of that in managements hands. It earned 4c a share in the first 4 months of operation and the sales then were around 4-5 million. Unfortunately this isn't a company that you can make a quick flip on. But it does go up over 80% a quarter and the warrents make about 200-500% a quarter. Oh ya and it is on the ASE

Here is the price.. Divide the warrents bid and ask by 5

Gene:

Talked to Peter the other day, he told me that all reports have been completed and sent to the board of directors for approval. The company is going to make a news release sometime this week. Lets hope they finally have some good news to bring up their stock.

Regards,

Mike
