There is simply no way that the government has the administrative staff to perform any sort of adequate financial monitoring of this mess. Remember the Katrina morass. Dead people being given trailer homes. So yes. By all means. Fire them now to get a $5K per head hiring bonus. About six months from now the Congressional Budget Office will perform a study to document how badly the program was abused. This will all end very ugly. Hyper inflation is in the wings.
