Now is already: We will take as many down as possible to avoid a new dominant power. Thus sucking the rest of the world dry of money. We easily can get Texas Republic (as US Balkanizes) France, Portugal and Spain plus Africa and Mercosur. Asia will close on itself (see alliance Korea, China and Japan). Northern Europe will be left to deal with Russia. Middle East will merge with Caucasus, plus India and Pakistan. Canada will take middle US and run to the coat tails of UK. Australia and NZ will be swanpped by boats fuill of Asians.
