Yes, I know. But he can veto the whole thing. Why didn't that fiscal conservative Bush do such a thing.

You know, the big, big budgets with the 450 billion dollar deficits.....not the new 1.3 trillion dollar deficits.

Would Mr. Bush veto his own TARP plan? There is a question for you.
