Obama was not an associate of Ayers , his wife or the gov. He was not close to rezko but did associate with him to a small extent I recognised long before November that Obama had outstandingly poor judgement. I suspect you knew it too. Still it must have seemed expedient to you to support the ultra liberal over the moderate liberal. Would you launch your political career at some dude you barely knew's pad? By then Obama had worked with Ayers for years. He had served with him on multiple boards and had shared the stage with him multiple times. Even you must know that Obama would have had to be a idiot to not know how dangerous Ayers is. Would you spend every Saturday for a year helping someone get elected who is "not an associate" or yours? Obama wouldn't either. Would you get involved with a unethical if not illegal land deal with a thug like Rezko? Would then, after knowing he was a criminal have a trust drawn up at his law firm? If you did, I would judge you to have poor judgement. I personally would never hire someone with that poor of judgement. I wouldn't vote for anyone I wouldn't hire unless the opposition sent up someone like fake hero Kerry or the socialist moron Gore. Certainly a real hero who has demonstrated that he is not a tool of his own party would be preferable to a guy who is either deep into fraud or chooses to associate with people who are.
