That's the world we have to live in, where he could do that, and then be PM

New mining law in Ecuador gets debated starting tomorrow, apparently ... no longer to be 'organic', meaning now it won't be over-riding any other law, which was a silly idea anyway, legislatures simply do no accept such discipline ... the windfall tax possibility will still overhang, but it does look good at the moment for Dynasty, i think their position as first new producer is an advantage, since to encourage other investment it would be beneficial for the country to start them out happily chugging along as an example ... also, the presidente of the local Shuar tribe is very much onside, this helps ... so i added dmm traders, hoping that the special situation will offset what looks like a whacking day tomorrow ... going to miss most of it luckily, got to get into the hills and tend culverts, big gulley-washer rain here doing a fast melt on the snow ... 'night all ... cheers
