We NEED to stop waiting until oil gets expensive before we adopt an energy policy. This keeps happening. Thats a reaction instead of ACTION! It's time to make a HUGE effort and investment in lower our oil needs - it's that simple. If we don't we're going to continue to give OUR money to countries that aren't our friends - ie the ME and Russia. Right now the tail is waggin' the dog - it's time to take back control of our tail.
