Leo-very good earning. I am impressed. I almost jumped in at the end but chickened out due to poor market condition.

Good for you and let's hope for market turn around tomorrow.

Leo, look like SPCT comes in lower in revenue than I expected (48.7M vs. 50M). What's strange is that the tax rate is even lower for September quarter (12%). Going forward, they must start paying 35% tax rate - and that means earning will not increase that much unless they can grow revenue at the rate of another >100% again.

All in all, the numbers do not look that bad - so why the stocks got sold off earlier? Maybe the street was expecting 70 cents like you suggested? Maybe there is more other stories coming out? Maybe we should wait till after the conference call.

(Someone please post the phone number or give a summary of the conference. Thanks in advance.)
