I think Jeb knows that if he ran, people would try to hang W around his neck, right in the middle of the W Depression.

How does that relate to running from Florida where he is popular? I don't think it does. The problem is he wants to run for the presidency.........and that's where your issues raise a problem for him. So he's testing the waters to see how people react.

They have this new guy on the TSCM site whose from Utah....a Mormon of course. He's very weird even as he works very hard to fit it. This is what he posted under the heading Bear Market Rules:

"In a Bossanova fave, the lyric goes: "Tristeza nao tem fim; felicidade, sim" (translated: sadness has no end; happiness does).

I think he is starting to romanticize bear markets. <g>
