Yep... go to a hard aerobic workout twice a week if you want to quit smoking. After four weeks you will quit, eat right and sleep better.

Go even if it wipes you out, even if you throw up, even if you can only go half an hour or ten minutes at first.

You will amaze yourself at the results after two months.

Boxers do this because this is the best exercise.
