To be fair, michael had noted the progression from president to PM to tsar.

Sure and I never claimed it takes a rocket scientist to notice that. Just too often it seems to be forgotten though.

That's the Russian nature and like many other old traditions for sure survived and even thrived during the dark years of the 20th century.
