Israel has to live with lebanon and hizbolla has become an integral part of lebanon, like it or not. Neither country can withstand another round of war and that includes hizbolla. Remember naz had to apologize to the lebanese people for bringing war to their country. He risks a hell of a lot if he does it again. They apparently learned their lesson and just like with the arab states, israel most probably has divided an conquered so dont get an erection ted waiting for a second front to open. Arab states always abandon the pals, victimize the pals, fail to help the pals and the pals dont say a word---they just blame all their woe on israel.
