Elroy you recently showed this graph s.wsj.net If we add the next 5 years of poor GDP growth on to the chart the anualized GDP growth since 1981 may come in at 2.5% or less.Could we really have lost 30% of GDP growth over the last 30 years due to the credit bubble?And we still dont get it?
