It is hard to put a targer price on it. I think it is still a good value at the price it is at right now. They are going to report first quarter earnings for 98 in Nov. During their last conference call, the company said they were comfortable with .31 for fiscal 98 which ends in June and 1.00 for fiscal year 99. I bought a bunch of TPROW at 1.875. Luckily, I bought more on wednesday at 2 29/32. Finally good timing.

They are selling their CD rom for $7000 and this is only the first step of their Y2K program for factory floors.

The embedded chip problem on the factory floor is immense. All the other Y2K companies are dealing with Information systems. TPRO is the only company working in this area. They have signed agreements with Wonderware, Fluor Daniels? and some other big playings in this market.

I am hesitant to put projections on the price of this company, but what I will say is that if you look at the PE of other y2k companies, the price of TPRO could really explode. Also, they think that their Y2k program will increase their factory floor business by at least 50% after all the Y2K fixing is done. Red Chip revue had a target price of 8 before any of the Y2K revenue was considered.

This is a speculative stock, but I am really loaded up. Unfortunately, it ran on me today so I didn't get my full position. Still, if this stock gets to where I think it will, I will be finishing my Thesis(I am a stanford PHD student) in my new ski house in Utah. One can always hope.

Best wishes,
Dan
