The 'decisions' and the opinions of history can and may change, as time goes by.

I would expect nothing less.

But, as that is equally true for most all things... I don't believe that fact necessarily precludes people advancing and arguing about their opinions right now... particularly as certain facts (economic numbers, budget numbers, etc.) become quantified and 'writ into the history books'.
