Of course mistakes happen, the cross on red cross ambulance can be interpreted as an "X". It means it is a target that need to be taken out.

The Israel military reacted immediately and stated that there would be an investigation.

There have been too many mistakes and too many people ready to defend them. The truth is this police action has accomplished nothing other than to create more terrorists. I think the world grows tired of Israel's drama.
