When the French drive electric cars, they truly are green. That was a pretty sound energy policy on the Frenchy's part.

And you are right, the whole green movement is a luxury. It is kind of like the old saying back in the 70s/80s..."Using cocaine was God's way of saying you had too much money". Poor people don't have the luxury of being green. They have to think about food and shelter first.
