My brother just returned from a month in China training folks. His comment was it's quite amazing when you look at buildings and things that are 10K years old. For all intents in this country the oldest building would only be 235 years old since the Native Americans didn't really build buildings. Then we really didn't at first either so any of our oldest buildings are likely only 200 years old. Unless you are in Las Vegas where dynamite is the remodeling tool of choice then the oldest building is like 12 years old:)
