ZinDenver, Brinker's timing model is the new and improved one. He replaced the one that failed so miserably in 1987 with this one that was supposed to be more reliable... Looks like the new one wasn't even as reliable as the old one. Could it be that it's not the timing model's failure, but the person who sells himself as a market-timer? Maybe it's all just a crock of bull. Even Kirk's free and easy portfolio (the one he created with Rande Spegielman) beat Brinker's model portfolios. .
