New laws, for sure. But IMO, I would think there would be plenty of bankruptcy cases....not from the people who already had not much, but from the people who contributed to the job creation in this country. The Government defines small business as under 500 employees.... That means there are Millions of small businesses, who are not only being hit with higher and higher prices, but also being hit with more than 50% taxes....(State, Fed and Local plus employee taxes and benefits)
