AOB -
Maybe someone should stand up at AOB's next AGM and ask several pertinent questions in this regard !!

Good luck trying that in China.

FWIW I think the RE was an arm lengths deal. The seller needed to get rid of this property and twisted some arms or the seller was close to management. Commercial RE seems to be falling like a stone in China, no reason to invest, especially if you are not even in the industry. At the right price, i would buy a few shares of AOB as a wagger. I guess management won't bankrupt the company, they still have cash after the purchase, but a management that cannot be trusted deserves a big discount.
