Lying and fear mongering us into an unprovoked elective war against a country that was absolutely no threat to us? That, by far, is the main one in my mind. The admin. KNEW that Iraq had no nukes, and weren't working on nukes. But check Bush's and others statements leading up to the invasion. Lies. What higher crime can their be than this? A BJ from an intern? Congress is the body that defines the "high crimes".
