It's very stylish, and their OS is stylish too. But, if you look around, you can find laptops just as thin and light on the PC side, just as stylish. Functionally though, there's really not a dime's worth of difference between Macs and PCs these days, except that PCs have more games and software, and typically get new software first.

I used to be a total Mac fanatic, and bought a 128k Mac when it first came out. I upgraded it myself to 512k from an article in Dr. Dobbs magazine.

At the time, compared to PC DOS, where you had to memorize and type in commands, it was a revolution. Apple had to work hard not to OWN the market!, but, they managed to be seen as inferior somehow.

I finally had to follow the dictates of my career and go PC. Today, there just isn't any real difference.
