Everytime we have an economic cycle, whether it be market, or caused by forces exterior to the market and free enterprize, the people have taken individual, personal responsibility. Individuals assess where they are and what can be done within their individual power. Families and businesses do the same. The government does not come into the home and businesses and make their decisions for them. The only way that government can affect is through spending and taxing policies. The government can do the same wisely as all of those cited previously or they can expand their spending often erroneously to create the next crisis. Given Mr. Obama's current comments-----he desires to increase spending via stimulus packages with no source of income for the stimuli. Not wise at all.

The free market is bailing us out right now, before Obama has even been inaugurated. Its working while you sleep. Wealth creation marches on. Obama wants to kill the golden goose by handing over the reins of commerce to politicians and professors. What technologies are going to exist for silicon investors once capitalism is replaced? Where is the wealth going to come from for new technology investment to create more wealth? Track back Ken and analyze how government investment, stimulus, whatever you want to call it is a downward spiral. Obama is disconcerting because his plan may get us to the tipping point of no return on our destructive march towards socialism.
