f, i m horified by my loss in MSFT. Dropped .05% -1/16. what a terrible overvalued price stock right???? <G>

anyway, the small drop in msft should not surprise u.
if u look at march 97 drop, it only dropped 10% or less while intel dropped nearly 30%. this is the magic i think in msft and sometimes
difficult for some people to figure out why it trades at such high
PE.

Even w. Barron's article coming out couple of weeks ago, msft did not
get trashed. Heck, it does not even go down when their own cfo said
the stock was overvalued.

well, we just have great long term investors as our partners in this company. i very rarely think of msft just as a stock that i can trade .

Frank: I have Pixar, Cisco, Microsoft, Intel and Disney. Despite this
weeks troubled markets I am still sitting on healthy profits and I intend
to hold long term. The same with my UK stocks. I have taken a long
time to build a portfolio which I feel happy with and it will take more
than this weeks troubles to make me part with them

Enjoy the weekend
