Yesterday Cheney gave Obama a warning to be careful before coming in and dismantling the homeland security systems this administration put in place. He advised the pres elect to study the reasons for and behind the strategies before any knee jerk reaction. To my surprise, O, when asked to respond, agreed with Cheney. His only point of contention was the definition of torture and its use on prisoners. Perhaps all is not lost. Of course, he is going to lose the far left, should he continue that type of thing. That is going to be great for the country. Then they won't have either party willing to listen to them.
