My husband called a real estate auction house a while back and the first question asked was, " What state are you calling from?"

He knew the market was saturated with buyers!

The homes he saw auctioned were too high still. The people that bought at the auction he attended are now underwater. The timeframe was last spring.

Actually, there were 37 posts a day on 01/12/06, not that anyone's counting.....but quality always trumps quantity, anyway.....<G>
