Looks like he copied my charts. LOL

The reason stocks will drop significantly even though they are at fair value is specifically due to the profit margins issue. Short-term profits (12-18 months) are set to continue to disapoint.

The next 12-18 months are going to be like a bloody tsunami.

It's a matter of survival for all. Do not do anything stupid. Fortunes are made and lost during periods like this.

Margins are still too bloated. When the SPX goes to 500, I think I'll buy equities, but not until then.
