That assumes the Bush administration is populated by comparative adults.

The differences in the outcomes of the two administrations argues a different conclusion.

No, it argues a different point of view.

I believe the Bush administration has been far more successful than the Clinton administration was. The Clinton administration basically faced no challenges, while Bush faced the toughest challenges of any president in modern history (certainly, the presidents shortly after the revolution had it bad, and some would argue that FDR faced challenges as difficult as Bush, and I wouldn't argue the point, although I'm not sure I'd agree with it).

Either way, it is clear that the Bush administration is comprised of adults who are respectful of their office while the Clinton administration was essentially a Romper Room as is evidenced Clinton's repeated, multiple sexual incidents in the Oval Office as well as many, many other transgressions.

It really is a matter of respect for the White House and what it signifies. The Clinton administration thought nothing of it. Bush 43 brought respect back to the WH, although the Left and the liberal media would have us believe otherwise. But they obviously have a convoluted view what the presidency and the White House are all about. It isn't a Hollywood party.
