A nice deal near my father's old neighborhood in Cape Coral (I sold his house which needed a complete gut for 160k). This would almost be worth taking a flyer for a retired snow bird looking for a cheap place to escape to in the winter: realtor.com It is a short sale which means you have to deal with idiots at a bank.
