While I would expect that, I would NOT expect graffiti on walls, glued desk drawers, intentionally damaged keyboards, stolen presidential seals, or any of the other items.

While I think we are talking about normal move-out items in '93 we definitely aren't in '01.

It was more than $10K in damage -- not a lot by government standards, but enough vandalism to put a person in jail.
