Actually, GAO, as I have previously pointed out, essentially made no statement on previous move outs.

It isn't that complicated. If the GAO had evidence of previous move outs involving vandalism they would have said so. But they did NOT say so.

According to the GAO, you are wrong.

They can't figure out where $50 billion of the Iraqi money went but missing keys on a keyboard are a bone of contention. Interesting.
