Yes, they are.

I am not sold on hiring a big name D coordinator anyway. I would almost rather get someone without a shitty track record that has ambition and drive. Some of the guys they are looking at have lousy stats to back up their resumes.

Besides who would want to go to Green Bay with TT there? Yuk.
