He talks of the willingness or ability to continue to pay for a house underwater, and I agree with that concept, but without a floor under housing millions of Americans will continue to the take the credit hit and walk away.

TH, that's his point.

The process has to happen to bring back a normal economy.

However, as the author says, the money printing will eventually take hold, causing even great problems.
