I received a call back again as to the share price. I was told that as of now, the share price on Oct. 15, the day of issue is what the share price will be when the restriction is removed. I called back to ask if this was a permanent fixed share price , they will get back with me. Does anybody remember the share price at closing Oct. 15? Mike

Mike, This is great info. It's been a long time since we've had info like this posted. Too bad you can't get something out of this guy Nichols that has taken control of PRTI. We are all at his mercy now!!!!!!!! God only knows when he's going to put out a news release! It's long overdue! Have you checked your account to make sure you still have the shares just given out? I emailed Etrade about the MVPH shares that showed up in my account. The emailed back that I no longer have any MVPH in my account. I emailed them back demanding an explanation! I'll let you know what they say. To all of you that were able to sell it before they put restriction on it I say "Good for You!" Keep digging mike maybe we will find something out between all of us. Here are the prices from the 13th to the 20th. No closing price on 15th. Must not have traded in that period. 10/13/97 63,400 0.45 0 3/16 0 3/8 10/20/97 100 0 7/16 0 7/16 0 7/16 So it looks like the price was 3/8 on 15th. Mike
