i wonder if you could elaborate on the debt covenant. its after all a tracking stock so I would think that would pertain to liberty media as a whole, bit im just speculating. QVC is a pretty big business. They have "big loser" products coming out as well as Obama stuff. I believe they could be the walmart of their field and should benefit from more people sitting at home and watching tv with time on their hands. I dont consider this a lottery ticket but a play on the continued growth of retail sales through interactive media. I expect they will survive this recession.
