Talked to Alex T. of IR department on Friday PM re earnings release (initially thought to be Friday)-it should be out "early next week"
Several things about the company which impress me (granted, I have not had the chance to go to Winnipeg to visit the facility):
-The company recently switched accountant to A.Andersen, which would lend increased credibility to their financial standing.
-The company has been aggressively marketing itself to the investment community (e.g. hosting an open house with analysts/brokerage house types recently). They must really believe in their plans and their products to be "showing off " so early in their development.

If revenues continue to grow as projected and if analysts'buy recommendations start to pop up after earnings reports, things could get interesting. Also, investors flocking away from high tech volatility/big cap stagnation/ Asian markets problems to look for promising small/micro cap stocks may "discover" this one (increased visibility that accompanies impressive revenue growth). Finally, if the robot continues to deliver, wouldn't it not make sense for some major companies (eg J&J, Baxter) to look at nhmcf as an acquisition/partnership possibility?

More discussion on the recent revenue report from NHMCF...
You have been noticeably absent from this ongoing thread over the last few days. Your last message was quite positive regarding the operations of the company, and you are obviosuly quite serious about this company given that you took the time to visit the site. Your opinion regarding the recent revenues and what that means (potential for growth) will be greatly appreciated.

Finally, is the next hump the $5/per share level ? Will this allow margin players and institutional monies to be seriously involved? You youself said that this was not a $4 /per share stock because it has real product with real revenues.
Have you been accumulating shares since your visit?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I have a proxy form with three proposals. Why would the company want to increase the number of directors to fifteen? What's the advantage or disadvantage of this? Any insight would be appreciated.
