That is very true. It helps to remember though that people seldom choose mates which are easily attained. Being inaccessible and only slightly visible is more alluring. I have a friend who said "I chased him until he caught me." She was referring to her husband. I don't think she was stalking him, only putting herself were he would happen to run into her. A wise person said to me "you make your own luck." I ave observed that those who work hardest to put themselves into situations were they can make contact with people that can help them succeed are the luckiest.
