Yes. When you're fighting in the most densely packed piece of ground on earth, there are going to be civilian casualties.

Ted and the rest of the idiot world ought to be grateful that civilian casualties are what they are. As with the US, Israel's war operations are not only the most surgical in history, but the most surgical that are humanly possible. The Western Allies are the only people who take these extreme measures to avoid civilian casualties, even to the extent of putting our own people at risk to do it.
